ProM Facility provides a bench for mechanical and thermal testing in Trentino, which can be used to test resistance to rupture, fatigue, compression and multi-axial loads.
The 300 bar high-pressure hydraulic system is installed on a table with two 15 kN actuators and two 50 kN actuators. The 1 m3 climatic chamber is equipped with a shaker to perform vibration testing combined with thermal testing in the range -40° to +200 °C. This serves to recreate the different environmental conditions to which the object will be subjected, in accordance with regulatory requirements.
