The Management of ProM Facility, with a view to proper business management and maximum transparency in the relationship with its Customers, Partners and Stakeholders, has considered it essential to adopt a quality system in compliance with the specifications of the UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 standard.

ProM Facility, with the application of the quality system, intends to pursue the primary objectives as follows:

  • SAFETY FIRST – Preventing injuries and damage to workers’ health by committing to the continuous improvement of their safety.

  • DIVERSITY & INCLUSION – Ensuring that no discriminatory practices of any kind are exercised towards employees and collaborators who participate in various activities.

  • LIFELONG LEARNING – Managing human resources: identifying and training qualified personnel to whom to grant the authority and tools necessary to satisfactorily fulfill the commitments undertaken. The understanding and implementation of its quality policy at all levels is ensured through internal training meetings as well as workshops organized for suppliers. The application of what is required by the quality management system in procedures and work instructions is also periodically verified.

  • STAKEHOLDERS NETWORKING – Establishing a lasting relationship with Customers, Partners and Stakeholders and offer availability for innovation of products and equipment. Before, during and after the implementation of services, all information relating to the products used, the equipment employed, the methods of execution of the service, as well as the checks carried out, is provided.

  • QUALITY FOCUS – Continuously improving the quality management system through a regualr analysis of the company context and the expectations of the interested parties. It is the manager’s responsibility to review periodically the parts of the system that may be subject to updating. Providing services that comply with any applicable mandatory and current requirements.

  • STRONG SUPPLIERS NETWORK – Establishing collaborative relationships with regular suppliers in order to guarantee, through the procurement of products and equipment, the quality of the services offered. Such relationships are established with suppliers capable of ensuring constant update on new products and equipment.

  • RISK MANAGEMENT – Paying particular attention to improvement through the risk management technique with the commitment to involve personnel in identifying potential dangers and threats to the quality system and applying appropriate techniques to solve them.

  • CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT – Constantly seeking objectives for improvement. During the management review, actions that can lead to improvement in the organization with respect to all interested parties are identified. The objectives are pursued in association with indicators that allow to determine the degree of their achievement.
